Clarity Portal is a private case-management portal operated by Clarity Consulting Group, PO Box 9356, Fargo, ND 58106 (“Clarity”, “we”). It is used only by invited participants in a legal matter and the professionals assisting them.
Information we collect
Name, email address, mobile number, title or capacity, time zone, the documents and messages you and others place in the portal, and activity records (sign-ins, views, downloads, signatures) including IP address, device information and timestamps.
How we use it
To run the portal, deliver notifications you have opted into, keep an audit trail that supports the legal matter, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Information is visible inside the portal only to the people its access rules allow: the Clarity team, the attorneys on the matter, and, for each participant, that participant’s own files and conversations. We use service providers to deliver email and to store files; they process data on our instructions only.
Retention and security
Records are kept for the life of the matter and any period required by law or litigation hold. Access requires a password; connections are encrypted; every access is logged.
